ANewTrade is a software platform dedicated to the development and distribution of algorithmic analysis tools and automated trading systems. • Not Financial Advice: The information and tools provided do not constitute, under any circumstances, financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management or capital raising services. • Third-Party Software: ANewTrade provides the software; the execution of the signals and the final configuration in your brokerage account (broker) is the exclusive responsibility of the user.

Trading in financial markets, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange (Forex), Stocks, Commodities, Indices and Cryptoassets, carries an extremely high level of risk. • Possibility of Loss: There is a possibility of losing part or all of your invested capital. • Not Suitable for Everyone: These systems are not suitable for all investors. You should only use capital that you can afford to lose (risk capital). • No Guarantees: ANewTrade does not guarantee that the use of the software will generate profits or avoid losses.

Any performance data, success rate or profitability metric shown on the site is an outcome of historical simulations (Backtesting). • Hypothetical Results: Simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent real-time operational performance. • Past Performance: Historical performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change and algorithms may become ineffective in the future.

Due to the digital nature of the Software and immediate access to ANewTrade's intellectual property, the user accepts that: • Waiver of Withdrawal: By acquiring the license and proceeding with its download or activation, you lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations on digital content. • Final Payments: All sales of initial payment licenses (€500) are final and non-refundable. • Monthly Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, ceasing to take effect in the next billing cycle, but will not entitle you to a refund for the current month.

ANewTrade reserves the right to make constant improvements, modifications, or updates to the software to optimize its performance and security. The user accepts that the software is dynamic and may evolve to adapt to changes in market conditions.

ANewTrade is currently in an active phase of development and optimization. • Modifications without Prior Notice: The site, tools, strategies and information shown may be updated, replaced or removed at any time without prior notification. • Disputed Data: Final metrics are subject to adjustment based on final backtesting results and real-world trials.

The user is solely and exclusively responsible for: 1. Broker Choice: Select a regulated entity compatible with the technology. 2. Technical Configuration: Correctly implement the software following the provided guides. 3. Risk Management: Supervise the operation and adjust the risk according to your personal profile. ANewTrade is not responsible for errors in user configuration that lead to economic losses.

All content on anewtrade.es, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, designs, logos and texts, is the exclusive property of ANewTrade and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, redistribution or total or partial copying of the software is prohibited without express written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANewTrade and its developers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use of this website or the execution of our algorithmic tools by the user.
